Visadone, part of the Satguru Travel Group, serves as a visa assistance platform catering to both B2B travel agents and B2C individual travelers.
The key challenge was customer acquisition and conversion for both segments, across multiple regions.

Key issues identified:

  • Lack of a segmented approach for B2B and B2C users.
  • No unified portal experience for travel partners or direct applicants.
  • Need for a scalable go-to-market strategy covering the Middle East, Africa, India, UK, and Europe.
  • Limited online visibility and inconsistent lead generation performance.
